What would you do?

Leadership & Strategy:

Oversee interaction design and design guidelines across all products. Lead interaction reviews, enhance product information architecture, and drive usability improvements.

Research & Data Analysis:

Plan and execute comprehensive user research and trend analysis. Utilize data to understand design performance and impact, and quickly iterate and enhance designs based on insights to drive growth. Focus on funnel analysis and user engagement strategies to optimize product performance.

Project Management:

Deeply understand business needs. Effectively manage multiple projects, anticipate risks, and collaborate with business, product, and development teams to achieve strategic goals.

Team Development:

Build and grow a data-driven design team skilled in funnel analysis and user engagement strategies. Mentor team members, optimize processes, and enhance team performance and impact.

Design Oversight:

Lead UX design for mobile products, focusing on user research, product structure, and interface improvements. Stay current with industry trends to continually refine design processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

Coordinate with management, development, and marketing teams to align design efforts with business objectives. Facilitate smooth collaboration between design and other operational teams.

Innovation & Growth:

Monitor market trends and user needs to keep designs competitive and drive product growth. Leverage product data and user feedback to propose and implement design enhancements.

Design Quality & Impact: Achieve measurable improvements in product usability and user satisfaction. Demonstrate a clear link between design changes and enhanced product performance through data-driven analysis.

Team Performance: Develop a high-performing, data-driven design team with expertise in funnel analysis and user engagement. Achieve key team metrics such as project delivery times, quality of design output, team budget control and team satisfaction.

Project Success: Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. Maintain alignment with strategic business objectives and effectively manage risks.

Innovation & Growth: Drive significant product growth through innovative design solutions. Successfully implement new design strategies based on market trends and user feedback.

Who should join us?

  • Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of interaction design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead design teams and develop growth-driven strategies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams and management.
  • Design Skills: Strong proficiency with UX Related Tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin and related development tools such as JIRA & Confluence. Background in interaction design, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
  • Research Skills: Strong capabilities in user research and data analysis. Expertise in understanding the performance and impact of design, with a focus on rapidly iterating and improving designs. Experience in funnel analysis and user engagement strategies.
  • Personal Traits: Passionate about design, with a focus on data-driven growth and innovation. Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain high design standards. Willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Additional: Experience with large-scale projects, cross-platform design, and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
