- Handling inbound & outbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company’s products.
- Point of contract for system service requests and queries from copier, printers & scanner users
- Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve over the phone or electronically of all system related issue on the copier performance and advise users on appropriate actions.

- Ensure customer issues and / or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases.
- Required at least a qualification of SPM or above
- Proficient in Mandarin and English is a must
- Required at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
- Have no issue to be based in office located at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
- Able to join on the following date: 18 September 2024
- Willing to work on 5.5 days with 2 days rotational off day basis (including weekend & Public Holiday)
- Able to commit working on 9 hours shift basis between 7.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) and 8am to 5pm (Sat & Sun)
- Able to multitask on a regular basis
- Monthly Salary: RM3,800 Basic Salary + up to RM200 KPI Allowance

- FREE Shuttle Service (Subang Jaya Komuter 7.45am – 10.15pm and Ara Damansara LRT 8.15am – 9.30pm)
