  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Currently, a Global MNC client of mine is looking for either a Fresh Graduate or an Experienced T&E processor who is proficient in Concur to join their Finance P2P team in their shared service centre (SSC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Travel & Entertainment Expenses (T&E) according to SSC guidelines and policies.
  • Perform necessary analysis and reporting.
  • Build rapport and maintain close relationship with stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of T&E requests.
  • Assist during audit season.
  • Support process/continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform adhoc tasks as and when required by Management.

Key Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration.
  • Possess 1 year of relevant experience. Open to Fresh Graduate who is keen to build a career in Finance SSC.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and/or Mandarin for effective and efficient communication with relevant stakeholders.
