ASSISTANT MANAGER - MERCHANDISING - VICTORIA'S SECRET

POSITION SUMMARY

• Responsible to buying of the brand for both seasonal and core.

• Manage and assist superior with day-to-day operations under the Merchandise, Allocation and Planning function.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Item Master Maintenance & Pricing

• Update & cleaning item master data.

• Uploading retail price & maintaining pricing signage.

• Ensure all product cost is updated correctly.

• Prepare product catalogue & sample based on local region/market requirement.

• Ensure all purchase orders & customer order are generated accurately.

Reporting

• Analysis reports related that contribute to more accurate buy each season.

• Ensure the buy is aligned with each season OTB and historical sell-thru performance.

• Ensure Target Sell-thru % is achieved for each seasonal buy.

• Ensure a balance distribution of stocks for all brands/ stores & ongoing stock management across the different countries.

• Compile & consolidate stocks/ switching out of products on store shelves & inter country transfer to encourage higher sell-thru.

• Communicate various promotions to drive sales/ clear aged stocks.

• Handle daily tasks such as to prepare new product price lists & stock in/out transfers between countries.

• Ensure all PO information is up to date at all time and correct pricing in the system.

• Change of price and creation of new product SKU.

• Prepare promotion uploads in system, liaising with IT and follow up.

Other Duties

• Perform any other additional task assigned by the department.

POSITION SPECIFICATION

Education: Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in beauty or fashion category.

Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
