  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duhani Capital is on the lookout for a vibrant Business Development Manager to spearhead our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform's growth in the dynamic Cambodia market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Lead the charge in expanding our trading platform's footprint within Cambodia.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
  • Strategically drive business growth and increase market share through targeted initiatives.

Client Retention:

  • Develop and execute robust strategies to retain existing clients.
  • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by proactively engaging and supporting clients.

Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute tailored marketing strategies for the Cambodia market.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to uncover opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, with a proven track record.
  • Existing client and IB list are a must-have.
  • Deep understanding of the Cambodia financial markets.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Khmer.
