Role Purpose:
Execute the delivery of high quality products and features that meet market needs and company objectives. Achieve this by working closely with cross-functional team members to analyzing market trends, defining product features, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
In This Role You Will:
- Execute product strategy for more complex projects, ensuring that solutions are both functional and address customer problems and needs.
- Collaborate with senior product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that product solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints, leading to successful implementation.
- Present and defend proposed solutions to stakeholders by clearly articulating the rationale behind solutions, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Analyze user feedback, research, and key metrics to gather insights and validate product performance, ensuring that solutions effectively meet user needs and business goals.
- Support maintenance of product documentation and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple products, ensuring consistent team alignment.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on overseeing a product from conception to launch.
- Demonstrated ability to align product development with business goals and meet market demands.
- Experienced with product management principles.
- Proficient with Jira and other product tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
