Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the data analysis, management, and reporting of VF's Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) programs, including but not limited to the Product Stewardship, Worker Rights, and Community Development initiatives.
• Provide ongoing operations and maintenance support for all S&R data management applications.
• Engage with cross-functional S&R teams to gather data requirements, deliver solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Prepare monthly data reports (Excel, PPT, Dashboard etc.) on the status of S&R programs, providing insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
• Utilize visualization tools to create dashboards, effectively presenting data findings to stakeholders for business decision-making.
• Assist in developing and maintenance of S&R database, including processing both structured and unstructured data.
• Continuously strive to improve and enhance data management processes and business workflows within the S&R domain.
• Support other S&R programs data requests as required.
  
  

Skills

• 1+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the supply chain industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in functions like Power Query, or VBA.
• Solid understanding of data flows, data architecture, ETL processes, and processing of structured and unstructured data.
• Coding skills with R or Python, and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change through data-driven decision-making.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1 years+

Educational / Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Mathematics, or other relevant experiences.
