Logistics Application Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Must possess logistics industry knowledge with analytical skills on impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups/stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.
• Must have hands-on working experience in establishing Standard Operating Procedures for users' groups, including users' implementation, and supporting roles in various logistics system applications for (shipping, freight forwarding, container depot, warehousing, and haulage/transport).
• Must possess report writing abilities, aptitude for analyzing data, strong analytical, attention to details and strategic thinking.
• Provide end-user application support in various logistics system applications (shipping, freight forwarding, container depot, warehousing, and haulage/transport).
• Responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business operations.
• Interacting with end-users on operational workflow process, understanding business/operational issues and system gaps, and gathering requirements for improvement and efficiency.
• Streamlining and reengineering existing business/operational processes and providing support to change management where applicable.
• Knowledge in UN/EDIFACT messages is a plus point.

Job Requirement:

• Certificate / Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in Logistics or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the relevant logistics industry / Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply.
• Possess must have own transport.
• Flexible and able to travel.
• Full-Time position available.
