Job Description

As the Vice President of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for three main pillars: Sales Operations, Enablement and Fulfilment. Inheriting a regional team of 40 across Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regional sales operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the company's goals. As the company grows towards the next stage of maturity, exemplify agility and resilience during dynamic transformative periods as you will be the driving force for capability building in the teams you lead.

  • Annual Sales Planning: Work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement regional GTM focus and sales plans that align with overall company objectives and drive revenue growth and overall market share. Set and meet budgetary targets; oversee annual planning.
  • Drive Sales Enablement: Lead, motivate and develop a culture and team of high-performing analysts and engineers with a continuous development/learning mindset with a key focus on Salesforce optimisations to drive sales performance and better customer satisfaction, conversation and growth.
  • Lead Fulfilment Teams: Be the interface between clients and internal teams. Lead campaign strategy discussions to pitch to clients; bridging client demands with internal advert operations teams to bring ads to life and ensure best-in-class service levels.
  • Technology Enablement:Administer sales technology tools and related procedures to support sales operations and enhance productivity. Manage Salesforce CRM data and functional enhancements to inform and track customer engagement, sales pipelines, and sales performance data.


The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in sales operations in a similar Enterprise Software company, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Experience in working in the Southeast Asian region, across various markets and demographics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams and culture, going beyond inspiring people and rather creating an environment with the right people, process and purpose which leads to the overall success of the team.
  • You are someone who is willing to take accountability for performance and continuous improvement and make changes and upskill when and where required to achieve business goals.
  • Highly agile in influencing varying types of customers, especially during dynamic times of change due to the shift of revenue streams.
  • Strong resilience to drive through intense high-growth phases, without fear of trying new approaches with a positive growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales process optimization, sales forecasting, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives to successful completion.
