- Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- Responsible for providing customer service support via incoming calls for brand’s customers and to manage escalations.
- Managing and monitoring social medial platforms
- Replying email within TAT timeline
- Handling day to day escalation from customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English/ Mandarin / Cantonese
- Fresher who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
- Able to work in Rotational Shift
- Working Days: 5.5/6
