- Handle inbound calls and consistently demonstrate appropriate sales and customer experience behaviors throughout each interaction.
- Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend new products and services that contribute to their success.
- Resolve issues within our Scope of Support (SOS), and guide customers towards third-party solutions or paid consultations as needed.
- Troubleshoot client products effectively to ensure resolution on the first call.
- Achieve key performance metrics such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, and excel in multi-tasking and prioritizing in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend new products and services that contribute to their success.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day on a 24/7 rotational shift Qualifications: SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Work Days: Five days a week. Shift Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts and on off days.
