Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the assigned key clients.
  • To provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers.
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track sales activities and create reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Minimum qualifications for this position include a SPM certificate or diploma, with preference given to candidates holding higher academic credentials.
  • Knowledge & experienced about courier industry operations and challenges will be advantaged.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred and considered a valuable asset for this role.
  • Candidate must be very fluent and able to type in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
