- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the assigned key clients.
- To provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track sales activities and create reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Minimum qualifications for this position include a SPM certificate or diploma, with preference given to candidates holding higher academic credentials.
- Knowledge & experienced about courier industry operations and challenges will be advantaged.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred and considered a valuable asset for this role.
- Candidate must be very fluent and able to type in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
