  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Reporting to Accounting Manager at headquarter in Hong Kong;
  • Responsible for accounts payable duties, including maintaining AP transaction records & Aging reports, and vendor outstanding statements, etc;
  • Responsible for checking purchase invoices, and data entry in ERP system;
  • Responsible for petty cash & expenses claims; setting up banking transactions, ensure payments are supported and approved in compliance with internal policies;
  • Ensure compliance on company policies / requirements and alert irregularities regarding Accounts Payable function;
  • Liaise with banks and handle administrative and secretarial matters as and when required;
  • Assist in month-end closing;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management;

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in accounting discipline; Students of ACCA or MICPA at Professional Stage are also welcome to apply;
  • At least two years’ experience in commercial accounting is a must;
  • Hands on experience in SAP or similar ERP system is highly desired;
  • Chinese and English speaking is a definite advantage;
  • Ability to work independently and is also a team player;
  • Attention to details with strong numerical sense; be IT iterate and equipped with advanced Excel techniques.
