- Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to assist in driving business and efficiency improvements
- Oversee all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis
- Ensure the accuracy of regular forecasting and budgeting for the schools
- Identify and comprehend business issues, proposing and implementing solutions
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), variance analysis and trend analysis
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
As the ideal candidate for the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis role, you bring a wealth of experience in finance along with proven leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CGMA, CPA
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
- Extensive experience in reporting consolidation, business planning, implementation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
