Job Description

  • Support & Collaboration: Work closely with system project owners, HR leaders, cross-functional business teams to effectively support and deliver HRM system implementation and go-live matters.
  • Project Management: Maintain project documentation, plans and reports, as well as handle any issues that arisen from daily operational activities. Assist in system configuration and user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business requirements.
  • Change Management: Assist and implement change management strategies to support project adoption and sustainment.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify system-related potential risks and issues, execute mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
  • User Support and Communication: Provide first-line support for HR system users, resolving queries and issues promptly. Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshooting. Create and update user guides and training materials if require.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Assist in data migration and integration activities. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR team and management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • With 2-4 years experiences in HRM System experiences.
  • Good with project management software and ticketing system.
  • High problem solving and analytical thinking skill.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills with all external stakeholders.
  • Have exposure to HR system till go-live phase in previous participated project.
