The ideal candidate for this Lead / Senior Product Manager role brings 7+ years of experience as a PM working in agile development environments. You have proven experience in developing, managing, and owning a product roadmap aimed at improving key business metrics. Your strong understanding of design principles enables you to guide UI/UX improvements effectively. You are enthusiastic about testing, analysing, and iterating growth tactics for web & mobile commerce. Your experience with e-commerce funnel optimisation will be a valuable asset. As a self-starter, you thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate strong consumer sensibility coupled with good judgment and self-direction. You are humble, low-ego, and focused on delivering what's best for customers.

- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deeply understand, analyse, and synthesise customer needs, translating them into product priorities and detailed specifications.
- Develop, manage, and own the product roadmap to improve key business metrics.
- Partner closely with design and engineering teams to execute on your roadmap and build outstanding features.
- Provide product designers with guidance to improve UI/UX and overall design of features.
- Analyse and report on key product initiatives to leadership, product teams and other key stakeholders.

- Experience and enthusiasm for testing, analysing, and iterating growth tactics for web & mobile commerce.
- Experience with e-commerce funnel optimisation.
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong consumer sensibility coupled with good judgment and self-direction
- Humble, low-ego teammates focused on shipping what's best for our customers.
- Product management experience with iOS and/or Android is a bonus.
