REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing KOL or doing social media ads or PPC conversion or campaigns.
- Proficient in conveying information clearly using Mandarin & English, both writing & speaking to targeted audiences.
- Basic skills in using Canva to design collaterals. Proficient in Adobe (Ps) would be an advantage.
- Proactive in coming up with a strategy & plan execution.
- Proficiency in data analysis and creative thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Optimize marketing campaigns for higher conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data to improve strategies and maximize results.
- Collaborate on compelling content and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure promotional and campaign alignment across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and popular content to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
