Orange Business' strategy of developing its activities in the field of integration applied to growing technological areas (Cybersecurity, Cloud, Connectivity, Data/IA) requires us to structure our approach to skills development in order to support and adapt the employability of our employees.

Relying on a proven training structure, Orange Business Campus, the International Upskilling/Reskilling Project Manager will be responsible for managing HR project focused on supporting the skills development of employees in various job roles.

Your main activities will be:

  • Support the International workforce in transitioning towards high-demand roles, through the creation of upskilling / reskilling programs and addressing operational issues to make this easier
  • Contribute to defining the training strategy for Orange Business' international entities on the strategic skills to be acquired (Identification of needs, Prioritization of actions, etc...) with the M1 Spoc of the International Zone entity in particular to materialize our ambition of upskilling and reskilling our employees.
  • Define the priority upskilling/reskilling paths to be created, by engaging and collaborating with the business and HR ecosystem at Orange Business and Group level.
  • Execute an effective change management plan to make upskilling/reskilling a success, both for employees and managers, ensuring the successful achievement of this project.
  • Build a strong governance with various internal stakeholders in Orange Business who are involved in upskilling and reskilling
  • Ensure strong alignment with the Certifications strategy to drive desired volume with the right priority certifications.
  • Reinforce our attractiveness thanks to a strong positioning as a “Learning Company” and with an efficient retention plan.
  • Organize the build of training courses with Business Managers and Training Courses Managers
  • Plan and pilot the implementation of Learning Paths and define the follow-up to be put in place.
  • Be a key member of the Upskilling/Reskilling Core Team in charge of the international project
