The Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a high level of customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve sales.
Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Train and mentor boutique staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is well-managed and adequately maintained.
Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishments.
Manage the receipt, storage, and organization of merchandise.
Manage the boutique’s budget, including sales, expenses, and profit margins
Utilize social media and other platforms to promote the boutique and engage with customers.
Monitor and maintain the boutique’s overall appearance, clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising meets brand standards and enhances customer
experience.
Job Requirements:
Preferred background in luxury fashion, hospitality, beauty, or niche fragrances.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a retail store team.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
