About The Job

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the platforms and ensuring the company remains a leader in a highly competitive space, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, driving the development and launch of innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse product requirements and collaborate with teams to design wireframes and develop programs that address user needs and business objectives.
• Lead the product and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Create, implement, and manage production timelines across departments to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Evaluate customer needs and conduct market research to identify trends, shaping the direction of product development.
• Conduct competitor analysis to discover opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market.
• Oversee all stages of the product life cycle.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototypes and final products, working with engineering teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Skills & Experience Required

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in a dynamic product management role, with a successful track record of driving product development from concept to launch.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, and sales, to deliver on product goals.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with the capacity to evaluate market trends, assess customer needs, and translate these into actionable product strategies.
• Experience overseeing the full product development lifecycle, including ideation, market research, planning, and execution of product strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
