We are seeking for a Supply Chain Executive to oversee and optimize our logistics and inventory management, ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations aligned with our business goals.
Your mission:
- Manage all aspects of logistics including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Regularly inspect the warehouse in terms of its cleanliness and organization, maintenance needs and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Oversee equipment storage and arrangement, labelling and categorization systems for quick identification and for efficient space utilization.
- Enforce facility security and employee safety measures to ensure the premise adheres to safety standards.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and involve in carrying out the equipment and products for outbound shipments with proper packaging.
- Oversee shipment loading and unloading.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Optimize transportation alternatives and methods to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Coordinate various tasks including ordering packing materials and transporting orders to trucks.
- Maintain stocks in the warehouse and keep records of inventory movement.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, examine materials and goods for defects and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Inventory monitoring between the in-house tracking system and the physical counts.
- Coordinate with the After Sales Department and Sales teams to manage the inventory needs and align with demands.
- Collaborate with the After Sales team to run equipment checks and maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate risks in daily operations including disruptions, uncertainties and adhere the safety protocols when handling the equipment.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to operational performance.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor/Head of Department/Country Manager.
A little about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Operations/Supply Chain or other related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in accounting and/or operations related roles.
- Proficient use of excel is a must.
- Physically strong and fit to carry or rearrange the equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- A positive mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Respectful, reliable, and resourceful.
- Ability to work independently.
- Dependable and punctual in meeting job responsibilities and deadlines, demonstrates a strong sense of accountability in all tasks.
