Provide excellent customer service at the counter, addressing inquiries and offering advice.
Accept and process orders for laundry, dry cleaning, bag/shoe cleaning, and repairs.
Coordinate with third-party service providers for additional services.
Manage outlet funds when required and maintain accurate records.
Assist in measurements and pinning for tailor alterations.
Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Perform administrative tasks, including office-based duties, as needed.
Assist customers, process transactions, and provide support at the front desk.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors for smooth service delivery.
Coordinate logistics and assist in service delivery arrangements with vendors.
Represent the company professionally at all times to ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle all incoming customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media, making outbound calls if required.
Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
Maintain updated customer records and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Complete any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Abiding by and following rules, regulations, and procedures instructed by management from time to time and reporting any observed issues to management
