EPSIS offers construction and engineering services including sub-contracting, manpower supply, specialized industry support, and project procurement consultancy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at EPSIS Group in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project and execution, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing operational processes for efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience
  • More than one year working experience in electronic products or auto parts or magnetic device manufacturing enterprises is preferred
  • Coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation
  • Prepare the Project related documentation and obtain the approval of Project Director
  • Lead and manage project teams, including internal staff, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
  • To assist in verifying all the services, including Routine Inspection
  • Have good analysis and judgment ability, problem-solving ability, strong logical thinking ability, quick thinking, able to do things, good at communication, team spirit, able to bear pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
