  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Technical Support Engineer | Mandarin speaking | On site - Malaysia | Up to 18k RM per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct technical assistance and problem resolution for customers, dealers, and distributors through phone and email support.
  • Address and resolve issues related to network services, including but not limited to IPSEC/SSL/Open VPN connections, VLAN configuration, VRFs, Access Lists, and various routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
  • Collaborate with Mobile Network Operators to diagnose and solve underlying issues.

Requirements:

  • Possesses over 4 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or with an Internet/Managed Service Provider.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Holds a CCNP Enterprise or Service Provider certification (CISCO certification is essential).
  • Skilled in working with Cisco Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
  • Demonstrates strong technical and analytical abilities.
  • Experienced with monitoring tools like PRTG, with a capability to interpret alarms/alerts to identify issues.
  • Well-versed in Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, Policy-based routing, IPsec/SSL/Open VPN, and VRFs.
  • Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.
