Job Description

One of the leading FMCG players is seeking for a Commercial Manager to join their expanding team to support the strategic growth in the exports market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to perform analysis on market performance and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across brands.
  • Partner with sales team to evaluate potential partnerships and route-to-market plans to identify potential growth plans in the export market.
  • Develop strategic initiatives and projects to drive commercial growth.
  • Prepare in-depth analysis and reports of financial data, market insights, and sales data for monthly reviews.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing/business development role covering export markets or similar within the cFMCG industry.
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
  • Good command of data analysis and budgeting.
