Position Responsibilities

Primary rolesTo strategize, develop, manage, execute and optimize customer journey from acquisition to repeatpurchase via

  • Identifying opportunities in the market via existing and emerging marketing channels and tactics.
  • Identify market gap in demographics, market trends, product offerings, consumer behaviours in order to craft marketing strategies to capture new or potential marketsegment based on the company’s business objectives
  • Strategize, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns, andtactics. Identify areas for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimizationstrategies to achieve better results with each marketing channel.
  • Manage multiple marketing divisions including but not limited to campaign, partnership,growth, loyalty, and retail marketing.

General Scope

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work closely with agencies and internal creative teams to produce high-impact marketingcampaigns.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendationsfor optimization.
  • Implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies, both online and offline, to driveapp downloads, app purchase, user engagement, retention, and foot traffic to ZUS Coffee outlets.
  • Develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to attract and retaincustomers.
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to reach and engage the targetaudience.
  • Measure and report on app metrics, such as active users, conversion rates, and revenue.

Tactical Promotions

  • Plan and execute short-term tactical promotions to drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of tactical promotions on the business.

Campaign Development

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns that align with ZUS Coffee's brand identity and values.
  • Develop compelling content and messaging to engage customers across various marketingchannels.

Retail Marketing

  • Develop in-store marketing strategies and point-of-sale materials to enhance the customerexperience.
  • Implement retail-specific promotions and campaigns to drive sales at ZUS Coffee outlets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, tech, or F&B industry,
  • Work experience in food delivery services, tech startup or e-commerce is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, performance metrics, and analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Effective project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
