  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Our Client

Our client is a renowned organisation within its respective industry. Being a publicly listed MNC, they invest massive resources to train and develop their people from the ground with an excellent pathway for career progression. They are currently looking for a Head of O2C to be part of their team.

Job Description
  • Overview of Cash Application, billing, AR Activities (Collection AR is being taken over by another team)
  • Ensure cash allocations, reconciliations and reports are completed accurately and timely according to company guidelines and Internal Control System (ICS) framework, improve DSO's and bad debts are minimized
  • Develops and leads process for accounts receivable analytic and trend analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the team (including offshore team members and outsourced firms), evaluation the current O2C personnel strengths and opportunities, identify clear objectives, monitor their performance, provide coaching, career development and timely feedback to team members.
  • Prepare/review O2C related balance sheets items and clear aging items promptly.
  • To update and monitor the AR credit control as per company policy
  • Review daily and weekly Cash Application.
  • Participate in any process improvement related projects


The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant AR experience, with managerial experience preferred
  • SSC background with SAP knowledge is advantageous but not necessary
  • Candidate with AR Cash App knowledge & Billing Knowledge is required
  • Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.
  • Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
  • Ability to communicate well
