  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

This role requires the IT Presales / Technical Engineer candidate to understand, articulate, and deliver IT solutions that meet the technical and business needs.

  • Keep updated on industry standards, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Work with Sales and System Support teams to analyze the needs of customers and propose suitable customized solutions.
  • Multitask and manage multiple customer profiles to prepare and review proposals for as well as creating technical documentations for other parties to follow-up with.
  • Regularly collaborate with and educate various internal and external parties to improve the quality of solution proposals.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations.
  • Any other projects assign by Management from time to time.

  • Candidate with at least diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or technical role within the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with IT products and services, such as IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity.
  • Previous experience in systems engineering or technical consulting and SQL is advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Good command and written in English and Malay.
