Implement clienteling and ensure clients engagement, recruitment, retention and
upgrading with high attention on local domestic clients.
Design and implement business strategy to develop strategic KPIs: conversion rate,
cross selling, bags business development.
• Ensure regular and effective cascading of company contents through morning briefings,
products and CRM trainings, engaging animation of the store board.
• Impeccable management of the client data base including client assignment and
reassignment.
• Built the best team through talents recruitment and retention, ensuring career development
and succession plans.
• Grant the right level of coaching and development to all team members to develop their skills
and qualities by managing their performance, providing feedbacks, foster their motivation.
• Ensure correct operations and compliance in all administrative procedures including AFS.
Key competencies:
• Ability to communicate with HQ and his team sharing constructive feedbacks and clear
strategies.
• Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.
• Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills.
