Introduction

Our client is a dynamic Financial Technology Provider, they are seeking committed Customer Services Specialist to join dynamic their team. Your primary role is to responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiries

Job Responsibility

  • Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer support via multiple channels (email, live chat, and phone).
  • Resolve customer issues related to account access, transactions, platform features, and other general inquiries.
  • Educate users on platform's features, policies, and guidelines to optimize their platform experience.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user problems with deposits, withdrawals, trading, and other financial operations.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Finance, Engineering) to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Escalate cases when necessary and ensure that all user issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
  • Keep up to date with platform updates, new products, and industry trends to provide the most relevant support.

Requirements :

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency industries).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
