We are looking for a driven and experienced Mandarin Speaker Business Development Specialist to join our client, a leading financial broker with a stable presence and an Australian trading license. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients for our client's trading platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the client base and achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Regularly prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic business development efforts.
- Participate actively in performance evaluations and contribute to professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth within the broker industry.
Proficient in Mandarin and English
