Exterpark Sdn Bhd is looking for a Business Development / Sales Executive. Fast paced working environment, good learning opportunity and career growth, great remuneration package. Commission based on KPI. Oversea posting is possible.
Job Description:
- Promote and present product to developer, architects, interior designers, contractor and specifiers in the Malaysia construction project market
- Approach potential clients via cold call, email, trade show, existing database, meetings
- Attend to customer's enquiries and prepare for sales proposal/quotation
- Address clients' need by providing them with information and recommend solutions
- Manage project/sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning
- Achieve monthly sales target
Requirement:
- Possess initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast learning, proactive, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and work as team
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power point, Outlook and Office and Teams Software
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Third language/dialect is not a must but is an added advantage
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys challenge
- Working experience in the building material/flooring/decking sector is an added advantage
- Possess own transport. This job requires travel within KL, Selangor and occasionally outstation.
- Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
