Due to this, we are seeking an experienced and talented F&B Training Executive. He/she is responsible in assisting the Training Department within Kenny Hills Hospitality Group for all aspects. Typical duties of F&B Training Executive includes; Assist in develop Training System, Modules, Guides, Manuals and etc. He/She also need to assist the Training Manager to systemize the Training Department and build a strong Culture and emphasis in Customer Service Experience and Outstanding Hospitality. Enhance Product Knowledge skill-set techniques, Leadership Courses, Retraining, Mentoring, Coaching, Train-the -Trainer, Team Building programs.

Job responsibilities includes, but not limited to;

-Assist in develop strategies to achieve KPI’s and Goals, while addressing Hospitality Training Departments’ unique strengths and challenges.

-Required to be on the floor at times during operations to observe and perform on-the-spot feedback and training to the team.

-Assist in creating and implementing training tools, manuals and training programs that target tangible results in hospitality operations and customer service for all new team member and retraining for current team member (individual and overall).

-Assist in develop and monitor team member in obtaining the highest standards of service and customer care by implementing the best training practices and programs (classroom training, on-the-job training, etc).

-Assist in conduct training classes demonstrating proper work techniques and practical skills in work settings.

-Meticulously and objectively assess and track team members’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.

-Assist to monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.

-Champion a training culture within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning, and a culture that exceeds the very best the industry has to offer.

-Assist in create time-based KPIs to facilitate strategic training based on the organisational goals.

-Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.

-Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, best practices and provide leadership development education and train leadership skills for Management Level Team Member.

-Travel around outlets to identify weak points that need to be addressed in operations and customer service.

-Assist the Training Manager to collaborate with General Manager, HODs and Outlet Managers to ensure each outlet exceeds customers’ expectations and delivers our standard.

-Assist the Training Manager to collaborate with General Manager, HODs and Outlet Managers to increase team member engagement with the customers.

-Assist the Training Manager to oversees Customer Success initiatives to improve customer service ratings across all platforms and customer satisfaction.

-Assist the Training Manager to create company-wide customer feedback loop and help foster company-wide culture of Customer Success.

F&B Training Executive must posses;

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, human resources or education

-Minimum of 2 years Hospitality or F&B Training experience

-Possessed Train the Trainer Certificate

-Minimum of 1 years of Classroom Training experience

-In - depth knowledge of F&B operations & prior experience in formulating and executing training plans, modules & programs to achieve organization goals.
