  • To act as a point of escalation to business partner and end-customers
  • To manage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the AR department
  • Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximize performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives.
  • Efficient leadership, people management and guidance of staff, respecting cultural environment and history.
  • To guarantee effective capacity management for query handling front office and back office capacity
  • Ensure proper staffing of projects to include the right level of resources based on skills, experience and formal training / education to manage change processes.
  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of previous Collection / Credit Risk Management experience is preferred
  • People management skills is required
  • Good telephone conversation/handling skills
  • Effective communication and conversational skills
  • High customer focus and service orientation
  • Advanced MS office knowledge
  • Presentation skills
  • Understand data and able to provide suggestion by analysing the impact of the holistic view.
