- To maintain and execute collection strategies in line with set standards and policies

- To guarantee effective capacity management for query handling front office and back office capacity
- Ensure proper staffing of projects to include the right level of resources based on skills, experience and formal training / education to manage change processes.
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of previous Collection / Credit Risk Management experience is preferred
- People management skills is required
- Good telephone conversation/handling skills
- Effective communication and conversational skills
- High customer focus and service orientation
- Advanced MS office knowledge
- Presentation skills
- Understand data and able to provide suggestion by analysing the impact of the holistic view.
