Job Summary

To assist in mall customer service role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service / information counter.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Maintain customer relationship by providing accurate information about the shopping mall and Advertising & Promotions (A&P) activities and attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback.
  • Resolve service complaint from customer by analyzing the best solution to solve to problem. Effectively determine the cause of the problem and lastly follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer’s complaints records by updating the information in the database.
  • To ensure customer filled up the customer feedback form, in order for us to maintain our customer service quality.
  • Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events, redemption gifts and vouchers.
  • To make public announcement as and when required.
  • To check on the customer service counter inventory. Responsible for maintaining adequate stock of mall collateral and the necessary information related to current and updated mall directory, information related to on-going offers and promotions, services available etc. at the service counter.
  • Compile and submit weekly report to customer service executive.
  • To provide administrative support to the Center Management Office whenever necessary.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/“A” Level/Pre-U/“O” Level or Professional Certificate in any field.

Skills & Abilities

  • Must be computer literate (be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Internet Applications).
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak and write in both English and Malay. Additional language is a plus point.
  • Retail and Shopping Center(s) experience and knowledge would be a definite an advantage for the position.

Expected Minimum Years Of Experience

Minimum of 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
