Senior Sustainability Research Analyst Job Description

We are in search of a passionate senior sustainability research analyst with a proactive and growth mindset approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively design organisation sustainability management system, framework, and assessment with Knowledge Management & Innovation team, from concept to market validation
  • Continuously review and refine organisation sustainability management system, framework, and assessment to serve evolving business, technological and market trends
  • Establish KPIs to measure and monitor usability, progress, and growth of organisation sustainability management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy the organisation's sustainability management system to the market.
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, and analytics tools
  • Manage collaboration with 3rd party services and resources when required
  • Design and develop learning programs by applying learning principles and structures for working professionals
  • Apply instructional and human-centric design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner, business and delivery method
  • Maintain and review programs and conduct evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, and create and implement program improvement plans
  • Involve in design and development of sustainability related assessments for organisations
  • Continuously identify, experiment and implement new and innovative learning approaches, tools, and systems that keeps the organisation competitive in the sustainability learning industry

Basic Qualifications:

  • BSc or BA in Sustainability or Environmental Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3+ years of Sustainability related experience
  • Additional qualifications relevant to sustainability subject areas from GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS S1 and S2 etc. will be an advantage.
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills, data interpretation and first principal problem-solving approach.
  • Strong command of business level English and (optional) ability to converse in other languages
  • Instructional and human-centric design thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, organisational, and operational skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate, understand, and empathise with others

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sustainability and its applications to business and industries
  • Experience in designing courses, trainings, or workshops
  • Business level written and verbal communication skills
