Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, conducting market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote hotel services.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing experience, Market Research, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
