We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Generate New Business:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
b) Manage Client Relationships:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
c) Sales Strategy:
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
d) Market Research:
* Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches as necessary.
e) Sales Presentations:
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
f) Negotiation and Closing:
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
g) Sales Reporting:
* Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
h) Customer Service:
* Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
* Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
