  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Possess Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in accounting
  • Familiar with accounting standards and filling procedure.
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Job Scope :

Account :

  • To handle full set of accounts (perform months end closing, year-end closing and audit schedule, petty cash checking, monitor A/P and A/R, submit accounting report and etc.).
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare invoices for clients and track payment and process supplier invoices and manage payments within the datelines.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide regular financial updates to management.
  • Assists in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Petty cash
  • Responsible to prepare, compile & review statutory submission such as banker and etc.
  • Liaise with Company Secretary, auditors, tax agents and co-operate with them to fulfil the requirements set by the statutory bodies.
  • Responsible and to perform daily banking operation.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting document.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
