Job Description:

  • Lead the product development and execution of a strategic roadmap for products, considering market trends, customers’ needs and business goals. Identify opportunities for new products.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting feasibility studies and coordinating product launches in ensuring delivery of products within timeline and meeting its objective.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on product features and practice and perform competitor benchmarking to continuously improve our product offering to meet customer needs, market trends and product differentiation.
  • Explore new products/solutions to meet the organization’s future business expansion and growth plan.
  • Determine the product’s value proposition and establish pricing tiers or models that reflect different levels of features and segments.
  • Prepare reporting on product performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all the relevant internal or external policies/procedures, guidelines, regulatory and general administrative rules & regulations pertaining to product development.

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification: Minimum degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of related working experience, preferably applicants specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Product development, research, risk-related field of work, pricing, analytics, product management and problem solving.
  • Skill/Competencies: Must have basic credit background, can do attitude, resourceful and persistent.
  • Others: Excellent communication, writing & presentation skills, interpersonal & negotiation skills, team player, analytical thinking as well as result oriented.
