Job Description:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, collaboratingclosely with the sales and marketing teams.
  2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their energy needs and providingtailored solutions.
  3. Work closely with engineering teams to customize energy storage solutions based on clientrequirements and project specifications.
  4. Prepare detailed proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase thebenefits and capabilities of our energy storage solutions.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industrytrends and competitor activities.
  6. Support project implementation by coordinating with internal teams and external partners toensure successful deployment and integration of energy storage systems.
  7. Front deal structuring, quotations and all other proposal development activities.
  8. Work with Marketing department to develop new strategy in the business proposal and added services for business growth.
  9. Responsible for full-fledged activities inclusive of Sales & Marketing and Customer ServiceSupport.
  10. Act as the bridge between clients and the internal project development team to understand commercial and technical needs per customer requirements.
  11. Provide technical support for review/preparation of proposals, including customer meeting duringproject development stage.
  12. Lead on project budget control with detailed BQ understanding and possible cost improvement with value engineering for C&I projects.
  13. Participate in project tendering task force team to lead on commercial part for tender submission.

Qualification/ Requirement:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Engineering preferably Electrical or Construction industry
  • Preferably > 3 years of on-job experience in managing Solar PV or Energy Storage projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
  • Skillset in ERP System, Power Bi, Power Automate and other Project Management tools will be anadded advantage.
  • Passionate, open-minded, team player, with good judgment and able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment; adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities; proven ability to prioritize andindependently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel overseas for projects across Asia Pacific.
