1. GOAL
We are on a mission to break monopoly and bring equality in digital infrastructure. Not a super easy mission to explain. Let us try. We know there are big tech companies who rule the world. But we want many community platforms that are built by the community for its community. No big companies should create a cruel pricing that sucks up the poor and middle class. No big companies should control everything.
We want to help everyone with digital infrastructure who wants to do something good for their community. We want a wealth that is circulated to everyone. This needs a lot of perseverance and dedication. Require a serious and self initiator.
2. TEAM & Culture
With god's blessing, we have created a modular and flexible infrastructure to build marketplaces and multi sided community platforms. It took us 5 years with a small and nimble team. We are proud of being a tight knitted and small team that allows us to very close to the vision and mission. We have bootstrapped, with principle we have been consistently improving the product.
Sometimes we have heated arguments when discussing features, client deliverables, and same time fun. If you don’t like this culture, please, this is not for you. We are bit workaholic as well and we respect your time. You need to be ready for a committed work. For the number of perseverances and value you add to the team, you will be considered for a long-term company team that can be groomed to be a team lead.
What is our Challenge and why we are hiring you?
There are many things which we have developed based on customer demand and feedback. The ‘many’ has created some challenges.
SCOPE1: EDUCATION & EXAMPLE TEMPLATES creations
As of now, those many features are developed and in production
1. It is not well portrayed to the world through solution-based packaging (Solution seekers)
2. It is not well-designed and showcased as TEMPLATES for people to experiment them in live (building web designs)
3. It is not well documented with visuals for people to learn (Education)
4. It is not explained in Video (We know it’s not a UI/UX role, but if you can offer video portrayal help, that will help to amplify the work. Or else use canva with simple videos)
SCOPE2: DESIGNER COMMUNITY BUILDING
We have been working on opening our template gallery for designers to post their templates and make money through this digital creator program. This is the same as where other tools allow designers to sell digital assets. It’s a marketplace of designers as PRODUCER. And Companies as consumers who will buy the digital assets.
We want to build this marketplace.tradly.app into a thriving community. We need your assistance with that in whatever you can help. Example: Onboarding designers, guiding them with materials to build templates using Tradly No-code Editor, and finally bringing other ideas to grow the design community.
SCOPE3: Working with Developers to improve No-code builder
Not many developers, don’t worry. We have Tradly Editor. This is meant for designing websites (advanced CSS level edit), we have the functionality, but it has a lot of room to improve in terms of user experience. We are aware it needs a lot of improvements to make it user-friendly. We as developer and market doesn’t have expertise to improve the user experience. Hence, we require your help to make the Editor experience smooth and easy to work on.
Ideal candidate:
- Proficient in Figma
- Naturally, creative
- Spend time on art and with nature on weekends
- Addicted to travel
