Then come in and join Malaysia team as Indirect Bid Channel Manager. The Indirect Bid Channel Manager plays a pivotal role in driving indirect channel success by strategically managing partner relationships, ensuring compliance, and optimizing partner operations. The focus is on aligning partner strategies with business goals, enhancing market coverage, and maximizing both partner performance and satisfaction.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of indirect channel performance, developing and executing long-term strategies in alignment with HBAs and direct sales. This includes ensuring market coverage, maintaining transparency across channels, and fostering key partnerships through defined pricing and incentive frameworks.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and due diligence across the partner network, maintaining adherence to internal processes, and enforcing the Partner Policy to guarantee consistent compliance. Additionally, oversee the implementation and adoption of Siemens Healthineers tools, processes, and guidelines within the partner network.
  • Oversee the entire partner lifecycle, from creating country-specific qualification profiles and onboarding new partners to developing training plans and managing performance. Drive partner satisfaction and implement necessary separation processes when required.
  • Support HBAs by identifying and selecting potential partners, defining target agreements, and providing product training. Execute marketing activities, manage the partner funnel, and handle quoting and pricing while ensuring thorough Quarterly Business Reviews.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science.
  • 5 years healthcare experience including 1-2 years’ experience in business partnering.
