Order Management Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Order Management Executive at S2 Empire Group Sdn. Bhd. in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Order Management Executive will be responsible for order processing, managing analytical tasks, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle, including order processing, shipment coordination, and payment collection.
• Regularly review and verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle daily packing and preparation of orders for both e-commerce and offline channels (e.g., WhatsApp orders, TikTok orders, or in-store pickups).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists.
• Coordinate parcel pick-ups with the logistics manager and ensure timely dispatch.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and orders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues related to quotes, delivery timelines, and product quality.
• Communicate effectively with both domestic and export customers regarding delivery schedules and any shipping concerns.
• Participate in behind-the-scenes content creation, assisting with company media when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Language: Proficient in both English and Malay.
2. Experience: At least 25+ years old with relevant experience in management or order processing.
3. Leadership: Confident in taking initiative and comfortable leading others.
4. Organized: Neat, clean, and well-organized in all tasks.
5. Flexible: Adaptable to dynamic work environments and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Content Creation: Comfortable being part of behind-the-scenes content for company media (including TikTok) when needed.

Salary Range : RM2,200 -RM2,500.00
