About The Role
We are seeking an Senior / Executive, Provider Management team who will provide accurate and prompt assistance to the panel network of providers with accurate information and able to communicate effectively in between internal stakeholders and external parties (Eg. Panel Providers, Insurance Partners, etc.) .
The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.
Prior experiences in Healthcare Administration, Insurance industries, Specialist or General Practitioners’ clinic Practice will be helpful.
This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Director, Provider Management and supports the Singapore Operation Team.

About The Role

- Provide approval of medical claims to panel clinics.
- Review of medical enquiries from panel clinics and provide advice/solutions.
- Conduct internal and external audit for medical claims submitted
- Assisting the Manager to ensure fulfillment of Cost containment agreed with clients.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned when appropriate.
- Prior experience on a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment will be advantageous
- Strong medical knowledge (good to have)
- Strong operations background
- Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment
- Detailed oriented person and able to work in a fast paced environment
- You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
