Brew Crew OpportunityOur Global Brew Crew is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. This role is crucial in driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving sales targets in the CPG, retail, and merchandise sectors.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing marketing calendars, budgets, media production, and a high-performing team while effectively negotiating with partners and leveraging social media platforms. This person will be reporting to the Regional Marketing Director.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
Marketing Campaign Calendar & Budget Management:Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling marketing calendar to ensure alignment with business objectives and major product launches within the café business.Supervise and provide valuable insights into the marketing budget, focusing on cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.Analyze consumer trends, customer insights, market research, and leading marketing strategies to maximize growth opportunities across various platforms, ultimately enhancing new customer engagement and their experience with the brand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activities and campaigns.
Go to market execution, Media planning & Production:Lead the planning, production, and execution of marketing materials across various platforms including digital, print, and broadcast media.Work closely with the creative team, creative agencies, and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high quality contents that meets budgetary constraints.Continuously analyze the performance of media, loyalty and CRM campaigns and refine strategies to optimize audience reach and engagement.
CPG/Retail/Merchandise Sales Target Achievement:Develop and cultivate key partnerships to expand our product range and develop an effective positioning strategy. This involves determining optimal prices and creating attractive promotions to drive sales growth.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with our retail goals and work to increase the visibility of our products in the market.Continuously monitor sales data and market trends in order to fine-tune our strategies and consistently meet, or even exceed, our sales targets.
Social Media Management:Manage the overall social media strategy, which involves developing engaging content, maintaining relationships with the online community, and collaborating with influencers to promote the brand.Analyze social media data to gauge the effectiveness of our strategy, refine content based on insights, and effectively interact with specific audience segments.Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and industry standards to ensure our brand remains current and captivating to our target audience.
Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled and motivated marketing professionals, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance work culture.Offer ongoing guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their personal and team objectives.Consistently conduct thorough performance evaluations, highlight areas for skill improvement, and execute tailored training and development initiatives to enhance individual and collective capabilities.
Your IngredientsAdvanced Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field, Extensive Marketing Experience.10+ years of experience in consumer marketing campaign management, preferably in the F&B, retail sectors.Proven track record of managing marketing calendars, budgets, and large-scale campaigns.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong understanding of the P&L of the department and business.Possess problem solving, creative and analytical skills, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
