We are looking for a passionate and motivated Human Resources Enthusiast to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the HR field, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. As an HR Enthusiast, you will assist in supporting day-to-day HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Managing full spectrum of Human Resources.
  • Utilize NLP techniques to better understand candidate motivations, enhance interview processes, and ensure cultural alignment with the company.
  • Apply NLP principles to improve communication and relationships between employees and management.
  • Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, retention, and engagement.
  • Design and implement employee training programs with an emphasis on NLP techniques to improve leadership, communication, and personal development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for managers and team leaders using NLP strategies to enhance their ability to motivate and manage their teams.
  • Use NLP to facilitate constructive feedback and encourage growth mindsets among employees.
  • Work closely with Management to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on building a high-performing culture.
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
  • Other duties which are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Human Capital or Psychology.
  • Candidates with additional Professional Certifications in Human Resources are prioritized.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management), PHR, SPHR (Professional in Human Resources)
  • Over 5 years of comprehensive human resources experience.
  • Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to use NLP in coaching, leadership development, and fostering positive workplace relationships.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in the telecommunications sector.
