Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential business partners to adopt TapCash as a financial solution for their employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and explain the benefits of TapCash to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the TapCash team to strategize outreach efforts and enhance our business development processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for onboarding new business clients.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in B2B sales or financial services is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
