Strategic intent: Provide supportive group of companies’ segment development for EmB (aka SME) portfolio to facilitate local and regional business requirement.
- Loan/credit related products formulation, development, enhancement, implementation and annual review (include NPAP & BNM approval if require)
- Continues enhancement and review of loan products sales process and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction (include LO, PDS, documentation & forms if required)
- Jointly review of the process and procedures include loan system and in the event of any new schemes launch by CGC/BNM.
- Jointly develop effective marketing plans and promotion campaigns with marketing team upon product launches/when necessary.
- Ensure the product complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Product training for new recruits/ retooling/ new product launch
- Responsible in development, enhancement and review of loan product sales tools
- Provide guidance to sales team on credit risk and assisting in the evaluation of all EmB Serial Entrepreneur credit proposition prior to submission to Credit.
- Leading, managing and involve in projects and ad-hoc assignment.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Banking or related area preferred.
- At least 5 years of banking experience, preferably related to Loans Sales & Marketing/ Loan Support and/or Credit Risk
- Relevant industry knowledge pertaining to SME loan and lending to group of companies will be an added advantage.
- Committed in completing assignment within deadline, strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- High integrity, agile and prepared to make changes and learn best practices.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Committed to service excellence and quality in area of work
