HR Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage candidate interviews with operation, onboarding.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, contracts, and payroll information.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including benefits, allowances, deductions, and overtime.

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Payroll Accounting: Record all payroll-related financial transactions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Tax Filings and Financial Audits: Handle tax reporting, statutory payments, and ensure timely submission of returns, support internal and external audits.
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations (Malaysia Employee Act 2022).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong accuracy in managing data and financial figures.
  • Ability to manage various tasks and deadlines in both HR and finance functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
