HR Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage candidate interviews with operation, onboarding.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, contracts, and payroll information.
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including benefits, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Payroll Accounting: Record all payroll-related financial transactions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Tax Filings and Financial Audits: Handle tax reporting, statutory payments, and ensure timely submission of returns, support internal and external audits.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations (Malaysia Employee Act 2022).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong accuracy in managing data and financial figures.
- Ability to manage various tasks and deadlines in both HR and finance functions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
